TOTAL PRO CF-5 is impact-resistant carbon-fiber (5%) TPU-based composite for printing gears, noise-proof housings, mechanically loaded parts. It has high chemical resistance to acid and alkali solutions, fats, oils, xylene, gasoline, kerosene.
Due to low shrinkage (up to 0.8%) and high abrasion resistance, TOTAL PRO plastic will be a great alternative to nylon.
Perfectly amenable to drilling, threading and processing with "Dremel" tool.
For best results, it is recommended to dry for 2-3 hours before printing at a temperature of 60-70°C.
